After opening the door to private licensed retailers, the Ontario Cannabis Store says it has now partnered with 26 licensed producers to supply product for its online retail platform, the only one of its kind for the province.
The agreement will allow for a variety of cannabis-related products to be sold when they become legal on October 17, including oil, dried flower and seeds. Available only to people over the age of 19, the OCS says that the product range will expand over time.
A supply agreement with suppliers of cannabis accessories is also in development, the OCS says, and it has made assurances that an age-verification process will be in place to ensure that any product is delivered safely to customers’ homes.

He adds that they will allow OCS to provide a broad range of cannabis products to adult customers when online sales begin.
